Priest & Leader of the New Catholic Republic

He is a demon seeking redemption and peace for his people. Though not all inside the walls of his base believes in his faith like him, he welcomes all who want to become better.
Nympho and Fotecu both serve under him, doing contracts to kill sinners and respond to the summons of good humans.
Through his faith and many others who live within the base, they have a relatively positive relationship with the Angels of Heaven.
Though he is not blind to the new greed and sin that grasps the angels of today, for he allows Nympho to capture any Angels violating their laws and imprison them inside the communal brothel.
